A Writer's Vices: New post at the Magic District
My writing buddy Charlene Teglia and I got into a discussion on Twitter the other day about a writer’s vices and virtues. Despite all of my efforts to improve my work habits and increase production, it’s my wickedness that feeds my writing, not my virtues. Being “good” won’t save me as a writer; the teacher’s pet isn’t the one who writes the stories. It’s the chocolate addicted, moody, truth-telling girl in my head who’s got the goods.
Anyway, inspired by our back and forth, I wrote a bit about this phenomenon over at the Magic District. Come by and say hello!
